Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access to Portalz Cloud services. Early access is offered at our discretion. We may change waitlist terms, timelines, or availability at any time.

3. AI Chatbot (Rain)

Rain is an AI assistant that provides general information about Portalz Cloud products.
Responses are AI-generated and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on chatbot responses for critical decisions.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, or financial data through the chatbot.
We reserve the right to limit chatbot usage to prevent abuse.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Abuse, spam, or misuse the AI chatbot.
Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from our sites without permission.
Impersonate Portalz or our team members.

All content on Portalz Cloud — including text, graphics, logos, animations, and software — is owned by Portalz AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer

Portalz Cloud services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from using our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portalz AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
